About the role

TheBusiness Development Manageris responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as prospecting, marketing, territory planning, cold calls andrelationship building.

What you’ll be doing

•Develops prospective clients using the target client criteria.

•Schedules in-person and virtual meetings to present AMED capabilities.

•Partners with marketing and SVP ofSales to identify creative marketing collateral to entice clients

to choose AMED as their direct supplier.

•Partners with teamin contracting new clients

•Facilitates client onboarding with front office and back office partners

•Introduces Account Executive and transitions all account management duties over to the Account

Executive

•Participate inQBRs and client strategy for the first 12 months

•Communicate frequentlywith executive sponsor

•Meet regularlywith Account Executives on delivery strategies and business outcomes

•Other duties as assigned.

About you

•Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent job experiencerequired

•A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR related role

•Business-to-Business sales experience

•Proven history of meeting / exceeding sales quota and objectives

•Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined

•Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling

•Experience in sales cycle from cold calling to closing business

•Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Proficient in MS Office Suite
