In this role, you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in transforming the way in which the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and is interested in using them to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Assist with capturing and developing new system models to become the backbone for how MDA will approach future engineering efforts - Leverage your skills with a variety of MBSE tools - Coordinate with internal and external teams to collaborate on models. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 7+ years of experience - Active DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship - Strong model-based engineering experience - Ability to excel in a team setting - Experience with Interface or Interoperability engineering domains PREFERENCE IF YOU HAVE - Expertise in MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.) - MDA experience - Expertise in Command and Control (C2), data transport, Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), or interoperability. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ready to make your mark on the mission?
