Are you a Senior Accountant who enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, driving process improvements, and making an immediate impact? As a Senior Accountant in our FTEP practice, you will support clients on critical accounting initiatives, lead month-end close activities, assist with financial reporting, optimize processes, and provide expertise during periods of growth, transition, system implementations, or special projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

• Analyze balance sheet and income statement activity

• Assist with SEC, external audit, and compliance requirements when applicable

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

• Participate in ERP implementations, system upgrades, and accounting transformation projects

• Support M& A integrations, acquisitions, and special projects

• Ensure GAAP compliance and accounting accuracy

• Partner with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar platforms

• CPA or CPA-track preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and business challenges
