RN II Float - Med Surg

Med Surg 2nd Floor North- RN- Full Time / Nights

Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244

Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Night Shift; 7P-7A x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays

Department Highlights:

  • Med Surg 2nd Floor North

  • Required to float to other Med Surg units and ED Hold based on patient care and staffing needs

Here's What You Need

Education

  • Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required Or

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Experience

  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required

  • 1+ years of med surg RN experience in a hospital setting preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And

  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
