TeamDynamix Administrator

Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced ITSM Platform Administrator to support and enhance a growing enterprise service management environment. This role will focus on the administration, configuration, automation, and continuous improvement of the organization's TeamDynamix platform, with a strong emphasis on employee lifecycle management, service catalog development, workflow automation, and AI-powered service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and optimize the TeamDynamix IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.

• Support the design and rollout of the employee lifecycle process for onboarding, transfers and departures. Work with each department's technical staff to define and build their Access Groups.

• Manage and optimize the client portal, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient experience.

• Administer service catalogs, ticketing processes, SLAs, and workflow automations.

• Determine requirements for new request forms and services, then design, build, test and implement them in the client portal.

• Help establish scalable identity lifecycle and access management workflows across departments.

• Develop and maintain integrations using TeamDynamix iPaaS and its low-code workflow capabilities.

• Support API integrations and data exchanges between TeamDynamix and other enterprise systems.

• Participate in the configuration, testing, rollout, and optimization of AI chatbot functionality within the TeamDynamix platform.

• Create and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, process guides, and content standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering an ITSM platform such as TeamDynamix, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Ivanti, Cherwell, or Jira Service Management.

• Experience configuring service catalogs, request forms, workflows, ticketing processes, SLAs, and knowledge bases.

• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• TeamDynamix iPaaS integration development experience.

• Service Catalog and Client Portal design experience.

• Knowledge Base administration and governance experience.
