Full job description

Position Title: Accounting Analyst Location: Providence RI USA. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remotes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Understanding basic accounting principles, debits/credits, and reconciliations. Solid Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting a new ERP or financial system implementation (strongly preferred). Federal grant accounting experience, including 2 CFR 200 and federal financial reporting. Familiarity with Workday, EUNA (eCivis) and/or OpenGov. Experience with Power BI for financial reporting and dashboards. CPA preferred, candidates actively pursuing certification (e.g., exam sections passed or in progress) are encouraged to apply.
