  • Meet with customers on-site to evaluate equipment, operating conditions, and lubrication requirements.

  • Provide recommended products, services, and solutions based on customer needs and application requirements.

  • Drive sales growth through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.

  • Partner with customers to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support preventative maintenance efforts.

  • Coordinate product deliveries and assist customers with inventory management needs.

  • Keep customers informed of pricing updates, product availability, promotions, and new offerings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support requests.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity notes, and territory plans.

  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.

  • Experience in industrial, agricultural, automotive, manufacturing, fleet, or related industries is beneficial.

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment applications and customer operations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with customers.

  • Self-starter who is motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.

  • Effective problem-solving and consultative selling skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Comfortable learning technical products and providing solution-based recommendations.

  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
