Description1515 Surf Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our brand new 463-unit mixed use high rise community in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York. Job responsibilities for the position include: * Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments * Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries * Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports * Resolving resident issues or concerns * Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents * Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements: * 1 to 3 years' experience in sales and customer service * Experience with high rise lease up preferred * Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus * Working knowledge of LRO is a plus * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) * Working during inclement weather is also necessary.LCOR is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment veterans and disabled individuals as well as other protected veterans.
