  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR professionals delivering site HR services, with clear expectations for performance and results.

  • Build a culture of engagement that supports strong business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Guide communications, training, and change management to support new or expanded HR services and processes, and reinforce consistent leadership practices.

  • Coach employees and managers through employee relations matters, including performance concerns, complaints, disciplinary action, and terminations, in line with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Champion a One Team HR approach by working with Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to improve the colleague experience and strengthen our employee value proposition.

  • Advise senior leaders and cross-functional partners, using business context and data to inform decisions—even when information is limited and outcomes are uncertain.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to understand business priorities, interpret relevant data, and explain what it means for the organization

  • HR expertise and business insight to lead critical projects and relationships

  • Experience developing and leading programs, models, or standards for a site or business team
