About Us: At NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, Inc. we specialize in person-centered care for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality support that promotes independence, safety, and dignity for every person we serve. Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Direct Care Staff professional with experience supporting individuals with TBI and SCI in a residential or rehabilitation setting. This role requires hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility assistance, behavioral support, and medication management under clinical oversight. Physically able to lift (50 lbs) to assist others with mobility issues etc, Valid Driver's License and transportation, CPR and first AId certification or ability to obtain, and successful completion of background requirements. Work is in Boyd County Ky with a variety of shifts and schedules available.STNA's encouraged to apply.
