What You'll Do

As an RN in our Long-Term Care department, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

  • Collaborate with providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments

  • Supervise and support nursing staff

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current Iowa RN license

  • BLS certification required

  • Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required

  • Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care
