Senior Data Management & Platform Lead

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a techno-functional Senior Data Management and Platform Lead for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. This person will partner closely with executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across a complex enterprise data ecosystem. This individual will operate as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership, supporting data mastering, governance, platform modernization, and global data initiatives across commercial, supply chain, and R&D domains. This is not a traditional hands-on Data Engineer role. The ideal candidate will bring deep data management expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive business outcomes through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-functional execution.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Data Management, MDM, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data experience

• Experience leading large-scale data initiatives and cross-functional teams

• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise

• Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or MedTech industry experience

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• People management and team leadership experience

• Ability to build business cases and drive strategic initiatives

• Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)

• Databricks experience

• Experience with Reltio, Treasure Data, InRiver, or similar platforms

• Product Information Management (PIM) experience Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience

• Consulting or enterprise transformation background

• Commercial, Supply Chain, or R&D data domain experience
