This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized professional who enjoys building relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping residents maintain safe, stable housing. As the Occupancy Specialist / Property Manager, you will have direct responsibility for property management functions and day-to-day operations of assigned HUD-supported housing programs while serving as the primary point of contact for residents, applicants, community partners, and stakeholders.
