License(s) Required
Must have a driver's license, as potential for driving small box truck
Training Required/Provided
Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment utilizing forklifts to pick and pack product. Must have basic math skills, able to read and write, and at least beginner level computer skills.

Job Description
The Warehouse Team Lead will lead and oversee a team of warehouse associates performing various warehouse functions. Primary warehouse functions include: Loading and unloading trucks, check-in material and verify that all information matches the packing slip. Skilled in the use of bar code scanners, label printing, stretch wrapping machines while maintaining a safe work environment for our employees. Generating packing slips and scanning of product in our WMS system to maintain accurate inventory. Must have 3+ years driving sit-down forklift for loading and unloading trucks, storage of palletized product in a pallet racking setup.
*** Please note that this position will train on 1st shift, but will transition to a split-shift and timing will be decided between (11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
On the job training will be provided for the detailed part of the position: Utilization of WMS (warehouse management system), RF and RFID scan guns, label printers, and various other equipment required to fulfill the job duties.
