The contributions you will make: This position provides input and analysis that supports strategic planning strategy, loan product development, and process enhancements for the Wholesale business units. Identifies and collaborates on opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements. Drives systems, process and training support and collaborates with Business, Operations, and Digital Technology & Information to identify people, process, data, and technology challenges and opportunities that impact operations. Acts as the liaison to assist in analyzing user's business needs, identifies and integrates data from various sources and develops the best means to publish the information to team members. Leads the communication regarding system and process performance to aid management strategy and decision-making.
