As part of the Global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization, this individual will work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Business Operations teams to assess organizational readiness, identify compliance gaps, and drive remediation efforts necessary to meet evolving regulatory requirements. The analyst will lead and facilitate NIS2 assessments, conduct audit readiness reviews, evaluate security controls, and partner with control owners to implement corrective actions across regional business units. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical security and operational controls while tracking compliance metrics, remediation progress, and overall program maturity. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing NIS2 or similar European cybersecurity regulations within multinational environments and possess a strong understanding of industry frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-171, and EASA Part-IS. This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and program coordination skills, with the ability to influence teams across multiple countries and ensure consistent compliance practices throughout the EMEA region.
Skills and Requirements
7-10+ years of cybersecurity, GRC, risk, or compliance experience. Experience implementing and operationalizing NIS2 compliance initiatives. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-171, and/or EASA Part-IS. Experience performing compliance assessments, audits, and gap analyses. Proven track record managing remediation plans and corrective actions. Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Strong executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with GDPR, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), DORA, or Cyber Essentials Plus. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Prior experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, critical infrastructure, transportation, or other highly regulated industries. Experience leading multinational compliance programs across EMEA locations. Project or program management experience supporting large-scale cybersecurity initiatives.
