Full job description
As a Patient Monitor, you play a vital role in protecting some of our most vulnerable patients. Your presence provides the safety and security they need. You will support psychiatric patients by providing continuous oversight and maintaining a therapeutic environment. You aren't just watching; you are ensuring that help is always just a moment away. Be a Watchful Presence: Perform routine safety checks and provide close, constant observation, including one-to-one (1:1) or two-to-one (2:1) assignments. Be a Communicator: Document your observations and relay significant information to the clinical care team. Be a Guardian: Continuously monitor patients at risk for self-harm or behavioral incidents to ensure their safety. Be a Team Member: Work under the supervision of nursing staff to maintain hospital policies and a safe environment. Higher pay based on experience.
