About Relling Systems

Pay: $5,500/month plus $40/day meal stipend. Relling Systems (YC S25) builds ready-to-deploy AI robot workcells for US manufacturers. We design and test in San Francisco and put systems to work on factory floors. This role is in person in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. What you'll do

  • Build and test control sequences for robot workcells, including sensors, actuators, interlocks and recovery.

  • Bring up hardware with software and mechanical engineers; diagnose failures with measurements and logs.

  • Document states, interfaces and commissioning checks so a cell can be debugged on a factory floor.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on controls, electrical or robotics project experience. Coursework plus a strong build is welcome.

  • Can explain a state machine, read a wiring diagram and test a failure safely.

  • PLC, industrial networking, motor-control or Formula Electric subsystem experience is useful, not mandatory.

How to apply Apply with your resume and a short description of something you built. Project links are optional. Tell us what you owned, what failed and how you tested the fix. Coursework, student teams and personal projects count.
