A growing commercial lending organization is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator to join its Tax & Escrow Analysis team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field who wants to build a foundation in commercial lending, financial operations, and loan servicing.

No industry experience is required. You'll receive training, work alongside experienced analysts, and gain exposure to a specialized area of finance that most graduates never see in the classroom.

What You'll Learn

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Commercial loan servicing

• Escrow and tax administration

• Financial data analysis

• Loan onboarding and documentation

• Financial operations and process management

• Working with third-party vendors and reporting systems

• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies

This position offers a unique entry point into the world of commercial finance and real estate lending.

What You'll Do

• Support the onboarding of newly closed commercial loans

• Review loan and property information for accuracy

• Maintain loan records and update tax-related data

• Assist with borrower communications and escrow-related requests

• Research and resolve discrepancies between systems and reports

• Generate and maintain operational reports

• Support Senior Analysts with critical loan servicing activities

• Follow detailed processes and checklists to ensure accuracy

• Complete special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Recently earned a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field

• Have strong attention to detail

• Enjoy working with data and structured processes

• Like figuring out why numbers or information don't match

• Are comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office
