Job Description

Expeditors urgently needs someone with a history of excellent customer service. This person makes sure freight and information move on time and accurately and supports a wide range of existing customers in the market. They'll manage the business needs of a set of customers, including outbound and inbound shipments, emails, phone calls, and online meetings. They'll also work with other departments in the branch so growing customer needs get handled quickly.

Skills and Requirements

Knowledge of the global logistics industry Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) Fluent in English Track record of excellent customer service, and enthusiasm for working with customers Able to work at a desk and in the warehouse, using standard office equipment
