Full job description
Working alongside experienced technical specialists and sales teams, you'll help customers solve business challenges through solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and technical engagements. Build Strategy Reviews customer interactions and raises competitive information to account teams to contribute to development and landing of compete strategies. Contributes to product strategy by soliciting and communicating customer feedback. Builds awareness of partner technical capacity through observation. Develops understanding of current customer context and anticipates next steps. Improves customer interactions through feedback and observation. Builds own awareness of digital transformation sales methodologies. We're particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate: Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn Foundational data and analytics skills using SQL, Power BI and Python Cloud fundamentals, including Azure certifications or hands-on experience The ability to build or automate simple solutions Understanding of modern application development and APIs Awareness of security, governance, and data protection principles Strong problem-solving skills A customer and business outcome mindset Clear communication and collaboration skills Growth mindset and learning agility Promotes readiness to internal teams. Consumes and leverages readiness materials to expand domain knowledge and expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field AND a minimum 2 years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field AND 2 to 5 years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, solution delivery, or a related technology role.
