After School Teacher

The Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA is seeking a passionate, energetic, and caring After School Teacher to join our Early Learning team. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons using Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD. 2. Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration. 3. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. 4. Observe and assess children's development to individualize learning. 5. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom. 6. Ensure compliance with PA licensing regulations and YMCA policies. Qualifications 1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred (CDA considered for qualified candidates). 2. Experience working with infant and toddler-aged children. 3. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and positive behavior guidance. 4.
