CPP Scheduler

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Scheduler to support a large-scale enterprise program within the retail/construction space. This individual will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules across multiple initiatives. The Scheduler will partner closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are accurate, risks are proactively managed, and enterprise goals are met in a cost-effective manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive scheduler who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and wants exposure to high-visibility, enterprise-level programs.

Compensation $28 - $33/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience in project/program scheduling -Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) -Experience managing baseline vs. planned vs. actual schedules -Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate risks and issues -Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders -Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments -Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook -Familiarity with design and construction processes Experience with web-based enterprise tools, including: Tririga SAP Ariba Retail, enterprise, or multi-site construction program experience
