Production Trainer

Hiring a Production Trainer for a Start Up Drone Company in Hayward, CA!

Responsibilities

• Lead clear and engaging training sessions for line operations, ensuring employees understand processes and best practices.

• Deliver training on system usage, including computer-based tools and digital platforms used in daily operations.

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials such as manuals, guides, presentations, and digital resources.

• Create and produce video-based training content that supports self-paced learning and reinforces in-person sessions.

• Collaborate with different departments to identify training needs and align content with operational goals.

• Support the development of a scalable training setup that can be expanded as the organization grows.

• Adapt training approaches and materials to suit participants from diverse industry backgrounds such as automotive, electronics, or medical.

• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and performance outcomes.

• Manage multiple training projects independently, from planning and preparation through delivery and follow-up.

Logistics

• Day: 6am-2:30pm $30

• Swing: 3:30pm-12am $33

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
