This is not a typical RMM role. As a Regional Maintenance Manager - Leadership Development & Site Excellence, you will deploy across a dynamic portfolio of sites to build leadership capability, drive operational excellence, and raise the standard of maintenance execution network-wide. You will work directly alongside Senior Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Managers, Area Maintenance Managers, and site teams - coaching in the field, not from a distance.
