Avature Application Analyst

Job Description

A large home health care provider is seeking a TA Application Analyst who has a technical background with Avature. Avature is there new Applicatn Tracking System and this person will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of Avature and other Talent Acquisition technologies. They will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Looking for candidates who understand Avature well to ask the right questions, assess downstream impact, and recommend the best way to accomplish the business need.

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Avature

• 1+ years supporting Talent Acquisition technologies, ATS, HRIS, or similar business applications

• Hands-on Avature configuration experience with: Workflows Business rules Forms Templates Portals Permissions Troubleshooting

• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Avature

• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and the recruiting lifecycle

• Experience assessing the upstream/downstream impact of system changes

• Experience managing system enhancements, projects, testing, and implementations

• Reporting and analytics experience, including reports, dashboards, metrics, and data integrity

• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to partner with TA, IT, and business leaders

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Avature certification is a plus. If not this person will get certified at the highest level.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
