What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key qualifications include: Experience & Education 1. Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. 2. 8+ years of application programming and analysis experience, with a strong understanding of information systems and architecture standards. 3. Proven success leading projects and delivering scalable solutions. Technical Expertise 1. Experience working withComposable Commercesolutions and modern technologies. 2. Expertise inReactfor building modern, dynamic user interfaces and component-based architecture. 3. Strong background inMicrosoft development tools, includingVisual Studio/CodeandC# programming language. 4. Expertise inmicroservice architecture,B2B2C solutions, andheadless architectureplatforms (e.g., CommerceTools, ContentStack). 5. Deep understanding ofNoSQL, relational database design,Object-Oriented Design Patterns, Event Streaming and integration methodologies. 6. Advanced programming skills in multiple languages with a focus on test-driven development*. Key Skills 1. Ability to translate complex business requirements into multiple solution options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. 2. Proficient in mentoring and leading technical teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills. 3.
