Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the writing and modifying of complex technical functional requirements for a complex product, which are derived from the business needs and serve as the fundamental basis for our company’s engineers' coding and implementation efforts, ultimately fulfilling the business objectives. Offer leadership for Program Governance activities, including prioritization and negotiating with stakeholders regarding backlog priorities. Oversee the technical roadmap and non-functional requirements for company products, such as page rendering times, measuring the time it takes to log in to a service, and response on service calls. Collaborate with disparate business and financial groups to optimize the technological delivery of projects. Collaborate with agile teams to build and manage new features while delivering desired business impact. Create, evolve, and communicate feature area specifications that form cohesive, iterative plans that align to the long-term strategic plan known as the multi-release vision. Write Definition of Ready (DoR) user stories to effectively take the software application to development and then maintain a well-groomed backlog of code. Incorporate architectural changes recommended by software engineers into user stories to align with the needs of business stakeholders. Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and conflict effectively across teams. Advocate for process improvements. Monitor products for business outcomes and technology product health. Integrate and deploy tooling, such as Git and Jenkins, for the appropriate team. Test automation to ensure acceptance criteria is clear.
