Full job description

Deploy Dodo's AI agents into healthcare practices. Own each location from signed contract to live phone line, turn how a front desk actually works into an agent that works reliably in production, and build the playbook that lets us launch thousands of locations.

What you'll do You'll sit between our customers, product, and engineering, owning deployments in the real world and turning what you learn into a better product.

  • Own practice deployments end-to-end, from workflow discovery and configuration through training, testing, and go-live

  • Work directly with practice managers and front desk teams to understand how they schedule, triage, and talk to clients, and encode that into the agent's instructions and knowledge

  • Connect Dodo to the practice management system, phone system, and scheduling rules each location runs on, and verify bookings land correctly before a single caller reaches the agent

  • Run training sessions with practice staff, review early calls, and tune the agent until the team trusts it with their phones

  • Debug the hardest deployment problems across configuration, integrations, and practice data

  • Turn one-off practice problems into product improvements that scale across thousands of locations

  • Help build the deployment playbook, templates, and tooling that make launches faster and increasingly self-serve

Who you are You know how a practice runs and you like building things that work in the real world.

  • Experience deploying software into organizations and getting people to adopt it, as an implementation lead, solutions or onboarding specialist, or operator, ideally across many locations

  • Comfortable with technical configuration, integrations, and data, and curious about how AI agents behave

  • Exceptional problem solver who can take an ambiguous practice problem and own it through resolution

  • Clear communicator with operators and engineers alike, and calm when a launch gets complicated

  • Bias toward building and automation: when you see something repetitive, you want to make it disappear

  • High agency, resourceful, and comfortable owning problems outside a predefined scope

  • Excited to spend time close to practices while shipping every day
