Full job description
Standard Job Description
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer.
Basic Qualifications

Must have an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and adjudicated polygraph to start
-
Possesses active 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+, CISSP, other)

Comprehensive system administration in a variety of systems: Windows 2016, Windows 10/11, RHEL 7/9
-
Experience with driving cyber compliance (RMF/ NIST 800-53)
-
Experience in fast-paced development environments
-
Self-driven work ethic
Desired Skills
-
Experience supporting or acting as ISSO or ISSE roles
-
Experience with networking technologies (firewalls, switches)

Experience guiding projects to completion

Experience with containerization
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
