WORKERS WILL PERFORM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DUTIES: PULLING WEEDS, PICKING UP STONES AND ROOTS, REMOVAL OF REFLECTIVE TARPS THAT ARE IN THE ROWS, CLEANING EQUIPMENT, REMOVAL OF STRINGS AND WIRE FROM TRELLISES, AND OTHER HAND TASKS. WORKER MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENGAGE IN TASKS INVOLVED IN THE CARE FOR YOUNG TREES, SUCH AS WEEDING, TREE TRUNK PAINTING, AND HAND CLIPPING. INSTRUCTIONS AND OVERALL SUPERVISION AND DIRECTION OF THE WORKERS WILL BE PROVIDED BY A COMPANY SUPERVISOR. LOS TRABAJADORES DEBEN PODER REALIZAR TODAS LAS ACTIVIDADES LABORALES CON PRECISIÓN Y EFICIENCIA. LAS TAREAS PRINCIPALES INCLUIRÁN TRABAJO EN EL VIVERO. LOS TRABAJADORES REALIZARÁN CUALQUIERA DE LAS SIGUIENTES TAREAS: ARRANCAR MALEZA, LEVANTAR PIEDRAS Y RAÍCES, RETIRAR LONAS REFLECTANTES QUE ESTÉN EN LAS FILAS, LIMPIAR EL EQUIPO, RETIRAR CUERDAS Y ALAMBRE DE LOS ENTOLDADOS, Y OTRAS TAREAS MANUALES. EL TRABAJADOR PUEDE SER REQUERIDO PARA PARTICIPAR EN TAREAS RELACIONADAS CON EL CUIDADO DE ÁRBOLES JÓVENES, COMO DESMALEZAR, PINTAR EL TRONCO DEL ÁRBOL Y PODAR A MANO. LAS INSTRUCCIONES Y LA SUPERVISIÓN GENERAL DEL TRABAJO SERÁN PROPORCIONADAS POR UN SUPERVISOR DE LA EMPRESA. Housing / Vivienda The employer provides housing at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their residence at the end of the workday. Separate sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers; family housing is not available. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Workers hired from beyond normal commuting distance will be reimbursed for inbound transportation costs. Upon completion of the work contract, these workers will also be provided with outbound transportation costs.
