Quoting Specialist

Z-AXIS, Inc., a growing manufacturer of electronic assemblies requires a Quoting Specialist.Responsibilities: Create quotes for customers by working with various departments to determine material and labor cost. Ensure timeliness of responses to customers to provide exceptional service. Perform a variety of activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships. Work together with the Sales, Quoting, Manufacturing and Purchasing teams Learn the manufacturing processes and understand the work required to produce various product quotations. Utilize the ERP system to help provide updated quotes. Updating sales opportunity management system with information/communications as necessary.Requirements: * US Citizenship (we do some government work) * Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience. * Work experience: Customer Service/Quoting Experience preferred. * Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Excel. * Prior experience with manufacturing.
