Full job description
- Facilitate Talent Search project efforts, including developing programs and activities reflective of the project vision, coordinating curriculum design among participating schools, planning academic activities for participating students, coordinating early college awareness workshops for participating students and their parents. 2. Tutor and mentor or provide college success workshops to students in the classrooms during school hours as well as lunchtimes. 3. Coordinate local school district efforts related to the project including maintenance of records. 4. Coordinate activity scheduling. 5. Assists in preparing periodic reports and future planning efforts. 6. Recruit students to the program and assists students in preparing college applications and financial aid documents. 7. Operate within the framework established by CWC's policies, procedures, and practices. 8. Perform other reasonably related duties as directed or assigned.
