Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Director of Total Rewards Strategy and Operations, you will serve as the strategic Operational Chief of Staff to the System SVP of Total Rewards, bridging the gap between executive vision and enterprise-wide execution. You will act as a primary architect for the department, aligning complex organizational initiatives with long-term business goals to drive measurable impact. By leveraging your expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR operations, you will translate conceptual strategies into concrete, scalable roadmaps that foster operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Every day you will manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, acting as a change agent to streamline core HR processes and improve vendor integrations. You will facilitate high-level executive meetings, provide data-driven insights to leadership, and oversee comprehensive financial planning and budgeting. Your focus will be on driving cross-functional alignment, leading team development, and ensuring that our total rewards framework remains agile, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of our global workforce.
To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned thought leader with a passion for navigating complex organizational structures and finding simplicity within them. You will possess strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail. By combining your hands-on experience in HR administration with a sharp, analytical mindset, you will mature our reporting capabilities and turn human capital metrics into actionable strategies that directly influence employee retention and organizational success.

Lead enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategic planning and operational roadmap development.

Serve as the Operational Chief of Staff to the System SVP, managing executive briefings and cross-functional project portfolios.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying and optimizing HR administrative processes and system enhancements.

Oversee departmental budget management, financial forecasting, and complex reporting analytics to demonstrate program ROI.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development to a high-performing HR team to foster a culture of excellence.

Support Board-level governance and Compensation Committee requirements through rigorous data preparation and reporting.
Job Requirements
Required
-
Bachelor's in Science or Arts BS or BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

10+ years (10) Ten years of job or industry-related experience in lieu of the degree.

Minimum of Seven (7) years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Program/Implementation Management, HR Business Partnership or Total Rewards.

Proven track record in operational execution, process optimization, and cross-functional HR project management.

7-9 years Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in benefits, compensation, employee relations or a related field.
