This position will be based in Harrisonburg, VA. During the initial training period, candidates will be required to train at our Lexington, VA location before transitioning to the Harrisonburg store.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor service technicians

• Support hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

• Deliver outstanding customer service and help resolve customer concerns

• Partner with the Service Center Manager to drive team performance and operational success

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Open and/or close the service center as needed

• Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or related experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous learning

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a physically active service environment. Team members must be comfortable working with tools, climbing stairs or ladders, wearing protective equipment, and performing duties in varying shop conditions.
