Full job description
Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Data Entry Clerk positions in Torrance, CA. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Data Entry Clerk, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for ocean and air shipments, including shipment status, ETD/ETA tracking, and related logistics information
-
Process invoices, ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices), and other supply chain transactions using ERP systems such as Glovia, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
-
Monitor shipment status and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, customers, and internal teams to resolve delays and shipment issues

Support purchasing, logistics, inventory control, order processing, and other supply chain operational activities as assigned
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, warehouse operations, data entry, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $24.18 per hour
