Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting our client in Fountain Valley, CA with recruiting for a Customer Feedback & Analytics Analyst position. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys research, data analysis, reporting, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will support the Customer Feedback & Analytics Strategy Team by researching business inquiries, analyzing data, supporting reporting initiatives, and participating in user acceptance testing for department projects.

Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour -$40.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Full Time Onsite Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Fountain Valley CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and investigate requests received through various department inboxes, including questions, appeals, exception requests, field and regional inquiries, and legal-related requests.

  • Log research requests, identify key variables within systems, conduct research, build timelines, and establish facts.

  • Review research and investigation findings with key team members.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify and fill research or data gaps.

  • Assist with regular and ad hoc customer feedback and retail process reporting, including weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for department projects, including dashboard enhancements and Tableau reports.

  • Identify and communicate issues, errors, and opportunities for improvement during testing.

  • Maintain department KPI presentations, including historical and current rankings, scores, targets, and achievements.

  • Provide additional analytical and administrative support to meet department needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot issues.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook .

  • Experience with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python preferred.

  • Ability to extract, transform, and analyze data with training and support from team members.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of automotive dealer terminology and processes is a plus, including:

  • Repair Orders (ROs)

  • RDRs

  • Customer Pay

  • Warranty

  • Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

Understanding how business processes and systems generate and populate critical data is also preferred.
