Position Overview

Power your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Project Manager.We are seeking a Project Manager to provide planning, management, and overall execution of a portfolio of data center facility construction projects. This includes managing all activities related to project scope, schedule, cost/budget, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality and financial performance on large, complex and challenging projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic project management leadership and support fordata center facility construction projects, and large industrial and commercial construction projects.

• Responsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes, and navigate the project life cycle.

• Responsible for the overall management of the project scope, schedule, and cost.

• Accountable for key project decision-making.

• Manages a collaborative project team to ensure each key functional project discipline is meeting the planned project scope, schedule, and cost.

• Lead overall project – coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation.

• Responsible for leading project meetings.

• Accountable to develop, update and manage the project plan associated with the project life cycle.

• Coordinate communication and provide status updates to stakeholders as required.

• Assess project risk and proactively develop mitigation plans.

• Proactively manage project requests for information and action items.

• Ensure availability or seeks out adequate resources to support the project.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of increasing experience in heavy Commercial and Industrial ConstructionIndustry with a minimum of 3 years in Project Management.

• Firm understanding of financial management.

• Demonstrated capabilities and success in managingmulti-discipline programs, projects, multi-office projects, and/or multiple projects.

• Understanding of various types of data center construction projects.

• Strong skills in relationship development and management.

• Must be able to work in Texas and visit project site as needed.

The compensation range for this position is provided in accordance with applicable laws and market practices.
