Job Summary:

Responsibilities:We are seeking a Youth Programs Instructor to join the Exos team. As a Youth ProgramsInstructor you will:

• Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging daily set of lessons, drills, and/or games.

• Plan and conduct activities that promote self-esteem and encourage success.

• Provide opportunities for each child to meet the established goals of the program.

• Plan for the safe operation of the program and the safety of all participants.

• Work independently, with the support of the Youth Recreation Manager to meet the establishedgoals of the program.

• Other duties as assigned by the Youth Recreation Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children

• Highly qualified motivator and communicator

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must have prior experience working with children.

• Current CPR/AED/FA - Infant, Child & Adult
