Full job description

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

As Vanta's revenue organization scales, new hire onboarding is the foundation for long-term GTM performance. As the owner of our new hire bootcamp experience, you'll run and continuously improve the programs that set every new revenue hire up for success from day one. That includes our global live bootcamp in San Francisco and role specific learning journeys to help every Revenue hire ramp successfully. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role that shapes the first impression every new revenue hire has of Vanta.

You'll focus on two core areas:

  • Global New Hire Bootcamp Delivery (San Francisco): Own the planning, delivery, facilitation, and measurement of our live bootcamp in San Francisco. Create a consistent, engaging foundation for new revenue hires and connect the experience to their broader onboarding journeys.

  • Post-Bootcamp New Hire Learning Journeys: Own program management for onboarding through the first 90 days, including shared Revenue learning and role-specific journeys. Partner with Field Enablement to develop and maintain experiences for Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales Development Reps and other customer-facing roles.

This will be a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.

What you’ll do as a GTM Program Manager, Revenue Onboarding at Vanta:

  • Own end-to-end execution of Revenue bootcamp, including program planning, logistics, facilitator preparation, live facilitation, and learner and stakeholder communications.

  • Build and maintain a scalable onboarding curriculum with subject matter experts, covering Vanta’s product, customers, sales methodology, competitive landscape, and culture.

  • Partner with Field Enablement to connect bootcamp with role-specific learning, practice, and readiness milestones throughout each new hire’s first 90 days.

  • Establish clear ownership, timelines, and review processes so onboarding content stays accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Equip hiring managers with visibility into onboarding progress and clear opportunities to reinforce learning through coaching and feedback.

  • Identify gaps by role, region, and stage of onboarding, then translate learner feedback, manager input, and performance data into a prioritized improvement roadmap.

  • Define and track program effectiveness with Enablement and RevOps partners, using measures such as learner feedback, readiness, ramp time, and role-specific productivity milestones.

  • Partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and People to deliver a coordinated experience, working with regional Enablement teammates to adapt for local needs.

How to be successful in this role:

  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or program management, ideally in a revenue organization.

  • Experience designing and facilitating live, in-person training for sales or customer-facing teams.

  • Track record of running large, multi-stakeholder programs end to end.

  • Experience defining and reporting on program metrics such as ramp, NPS, and productivity.

  • Experience in SaaS; experience supporting a technical product is preferred.

  • Strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and translate them into focused priorities.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across varied audiences.

  • Strong business partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior sales and CS leaders.

  • Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity.

  • Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify their skills and strengthen their outcomes, applying it across routine workflows, actively building fluency through experimentation, and exercising sound judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets a high quality bar.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

What you can expect as a Vanta’n:

  • Industry-competitive salary and equity

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans

  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents

  • Health & wellness stipend

  • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend

  • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office

  • Family planning benefits

  • Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting

  • Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time

  • 11 company-paid holidays

  • Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!

  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney

#LI-remote At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged. Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
