Job Responsibilities - Prepare components for assembly by cleaning, marking, and inspecting parts and subassemblies - Perform testing on finished assemblies to ensure quality standards - Operate assigned equipment and machinery efficiently - Identify and report production issues promptly - Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols - Participate in team improvement meetings and cross-train on multiple product lines - Be flexible with overtime as needed for production demands Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2-5 years of assembly experience within a manufacturing environment - Fine soldering certification or equivalent hands-on experience - Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing standards - Ability to read and interpret production and engineering prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions - Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail - Ability to work in a moderate to high-paced production setting - Experience with soldering equipment, microscopes or magnifying tools, and basic computer systems - Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs - Willing to work in environments requiring PPE, including exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and temperature variations Compensation and Benefits - Pay ranges from $20-$24 depending on experience, plus a 10% shift differential for second shift - 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (every other Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) - 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:15 PM - 12:45 AM (every other Friday) - 2nd shift differential offered after training; may be required to train in 1st shift with differential after shift change - After meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through Landrum: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and Matching 401k By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Landrum and its affiliates and contracted partners.
