As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Provide mobility assistance to residents, including turning and positioning, transferring, and ambulation. - Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Qualifications: - Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
