Capture Strategy & Pursuit Support
-
Support Capture Managers across pre-award gate milestones (opportunity qualification, solutioning, teaming, and price-to-win reviews).

-
Collaborate with partner intelligence leads to analyze teaming agreements, subcontractor capabilities, and small business socio-economic utilization strategies.

-
Participate in proposal stand-up meetings, storyboarding sessions, and color reviews (Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews).
-
Assist capture teams in building past performance matrices, compliance cross-reference tables, and capability cheat-sheets.
-
Partner with Growth Enablement leads to optimize capture toolkits, template repositories, and pipeline metrics.
Pipeline Analytics & Growth Operations
-
Maintain and audit pursuit health data within our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
-
Help build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including qualified pipeline value, win rate (Pwin), bookings forecast, and Bid & Proposal (B&P) spend.
