Elite Deep Cleaning Specialist WE DON'T HIRE AVERAGE. WE HIRE PEOPLE WHO TAKE PRIDE IN EXCELLENCE. NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS! WEEKLY PAY! Swept Away is looking for hardworking, highly motivated individuals to join our Elite Deep Cleaning Team. This is NOT your typical maintenance house cleaning position. Our Deep Cleaning Specialists tackle detailed, labor-intensive cleaning projects that require physical stamina, exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. We're looking for individuals who enjoy challenging work, stay productive, and take pride in seeing the incredible difference their hard work makes. Job Responsibilities - Perform detailed, top-to-bottom residential deep cleaning. - Remove accumulated dirt, dust, grease, and buildup. - Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces. - Detail baseboards, doors, trim, fixtures, and other surfaces as included in the job scope. - Follow detailed cleaning checklists and quality standards. - Work efficiently without sacrificing quality. - Properly use, maintain, and care for professional cleaning equipment. - Protect client property and handle equipment and supplies responsibly. - Work cooperatively with teammates to complete demanding projects. - Identify cleaning challenges and take initiative to solve problems. Requirements - Exceptional work ethic and strong attention to detail. - Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day. - Comfortable bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. - Ability to maintain a productive work pace. - Dependable attendance and punctuality. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and established cleaning procedures. - Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Abilit
