Job Description:

Directs and manages full scope of LMI, Cardiopulmonary Rehab and Medical Specialties at BILHCCD and off site locations in alignment with strategic mission and goals of the organization. Responsible for maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, Medical Directors, managers/directors at all sites and appropriate services at other sites.. Manages resources including budget preparation, variance monitoring and allocation of resources. Maintains current application of all policies and procedures for NHC.

Pay Range:

$70,000.00 USD - $130,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
