Job Summary:
Develops training materials, e-learning content, and curriculum supporting enterprise application adoption and sustained user proficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze training needs and design curricula using established instructional design methodologies.

Develop e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, and assessment instruments.

Produce Section 508-compliant training content, including accessible multimedia and documentation.

Maintain and update training materials in response to system releases and process changes.

Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate learner feedback into revisions.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of instructional design experience.

Certifications — Required: None.

Certifications — Obtainable After Hire: Articulate or Adobe Captivate product certification, within 90 days of assignment.

Certifications — Preferred: ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD); Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD); IAAP CPACC.

Required Skills: Instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM); e-learning authoring tools; curriculum development; assessment design; multimedia integration.

Preferred Skills: Federal training development experience; Section 508-compliant e-learning development; LMS administration.
Technical Environment
Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360; Adobe Captivate; Camtasia; Vyond; learning management systems (Moodle, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors); SCORM and xAPI packaging; Adobe Acrobat Pro accessibility checker; Microsoft 365; Snagit.
