WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Supply Chain Finance team partners closely with operations, procurement, and cross-functional finance teams to deliver insights that enable data-driven decisions across logistics. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance and collaborates with Logistics operations and Global Supply Chain Finance, while working closely with a Lead.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain with strong analytical skills, business partnership capabilities, and effective communication. This role will manage reporting of logistics costs, while supporting financial planning, consolidation and decision-making across warehousing operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can translate complex data into actionable insights. They build strong cross-functional relationships and bring a balance of financial rigor and operational curiosity to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall performance within the supply chain.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Controlling, or related field

  • Strong PowerPoint and Advanced Excel capabilities, experiences with SAP, Anaplan, Tableau or similar enterprise system.

  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across teams

  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support financial management and planning for logistics costs, ensuring accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and strong business partnership across logistics operations.

  • Support monthly close and forecast activities in collaboration with operations and Supply Chain Finance teammates

  • Partner with Supply Chain teams to provide financial guidance, insights, and decision support across logistics and distribution functions

  • Assist with in-year and long-range financial planning processes for logistics costs

  • Consolidate, analyze, and report financials, providing clear insights and variance drivers

  • Support key financial planning and reporting cycles, including AOP, budget, forecast, and quarterly earnings preparation

  • Leverage financial systems and transactional data to track performance and improve reporting accuracy
