Cargo routing tags.
Coordinate all supplies for OSD department including ordering and stocking work areas.
Partner with allocators to monitor and adjust manpower as needed including assignment of PT relief agents.
Track and report performance results in OSD department including delays, baggage performance, and additional services.
Adhere to and coach all agents to safety related policies and procedures.
Others duties as assigned based on operational need.
Supervise lead agents: allocating OSD agent resources as needed.
Ensure the OSD personnel adhere to established company safety regulations.
Prepare disciplinary incident reports as needed for violations of company policy.
Assist in the preparation of performance evaluation forms.
May occasionally operate various pieces of ground support equipment
View video recordings and investigate for any assigned delays to Simplicity.
Communicate and coordinate with ramp personnel for all STAR flights, RON's, and any flights that require a security sweep.
Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practice especially those relating to safety and security.
Other tasks assigned by Shift Manger/ Supervisor
Comfortable and continuously lift/move 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft and transport it between aircraft, airport terminals and air cargo facilities.
Frequent bending, stretching push/pulling, stacking and kneeling in small confined locations.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be able to speak, read and write in English.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules.
Able to pass a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and five (5) year background check.
Able pass a Drug and Physical requirement medical test.
Physical Requirements
Comfortably and continuously lift and carry luggage and cargo weighing up to 70 lbs. approximately 20 feet.
Able to lift move/push 70 lbs. continually.
Stand 100% of the time.
Frequent bending frontward and sideways, stretching and bending of the knees.
Frequent pull backward and push forward and reach forward, above and lateral.
Frequent climb, stoop, kneel in small confined locations and twist back and torso.

Must be able to work both inside and outside in all types of weather conditions
