Capgemini Invent - Cloud Operating Model & Transformation - Director

Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

About the Job You’re Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our teams are looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

You'll lead large-scale cloud and infrastructure transformations for multinational clients, aligning business goals with future-state operating models and making sure value is actually realized. You'll be the senior advisor in the room with C-level stakeholders, and a builder of the practice through sales, partnerships, and talent.

Your Role

  • Lead strategic roadmapping for large, complex cloud and infrastructure transformations (vision, strategy, roadmap)

  • Lead programs spanning future-state operating models, value realization, process design, and program management

  • Run C-level workshops and develop executive storylines that drive alignment and decisions

  • Navigate complex political and organizational structures across multinational programs

  • Shape and sell large technology programs through compelling pitches and business cases

  • Surface client, partner, and industry insights to inform recommendations and offerings

  • Build hyperscaler partnerships and develop leaders within the practice

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

  • 10+ years in management consulting and cloud or infrastructure transformation

  • Proven sales acumen in large, complex technical programs

  • Strong connectivity with the hyperscaler community and ecosystem

  • Specialization in at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) and one or more industries (e.g., Consumer Products, Retail, Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking)

  • Executive presence and C-level communication; strong workshop leadership

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to lead delivery and sales teams and to mentor and develop talent
