Full job description

Spectral is building generative foundation models that turn user input into structured, editable 3D CAD. We're looking for a product engineer who knows the world our models are built for: you'll build demos and prototypes that show what SGS-2 can do, work directly with design partners in manufacturing and mechanical engineering, and bring a CAD expert's perspective to research and roadmap decisions. You bring 5–7 years in mechanical engineering, CAD software, or product roles at hardware or manufacturing companies, deep familiarity with professional CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, or Onshape, and the ability to write Python or C++ and script CAD workflows. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background. This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF. Compensation and equity total $300–400k annually. We sponsor visas end-to-end, and benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
